To return a product in good condition, please follow these steps:

- When contacting us, please provide:

- Address;
- Order number;
- Reason for the return.
- The returned product must:
- Be unused;
- Include all original labels and tags;
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging;
- Be undamaged and in its original condition.
Important:
- The shipping costs for good-quality items (both delivery and return) are covered by the buyer.
- Once we receive the returned product and assess its condition, we commit to refunding the paid amount within 14 days.

Warranty
All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents.
